Each piece of jewellery is handmade to order with care and attention. Please refer to the announcement bar at the top of the website for our current dispatch time.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order! If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please get in touch—we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund.

Please note:

• Personalised items and earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene and customisation reasons.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
