It combines Moonstone for hormonal balance and stabilising emotions; Amethyst for low mood and anxiety; Rainbow Hematite to help with insomnia, relieve hot flushes and memory loss; And lastly, Rose quartz for self love, female energy and to feel supported and loved.

Bracelets are presented in a small bag, with a little card inside explaining the meaning of the crystal.
All of my pieces are handmade from responsibly sourced crystals. To ensure the energy of the crystals is ready for you, they are cleansed with Palo Santo before being sent out.
