Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after receipt of your order. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Every piece is handmade with care, and we want you to love your jewellery from the moment it arrives.

If your jewellery arrives less than perfect or you experience an issue when first wearing it, please get in touch with your order number and a few photos. We’ll be happy to help and arrange a replacement where applicable.

If your jewellery needs a little extra care after being worn, simply contact us with your order number, photos and a brief description of the issue. We’ll guide you through the repair process, including return instructions, turnaround times and any applicable costs.
